Keeping the Sabbath isn’t just a Jewish practice. Please watch the video to see several reasons why some Christians still keep it (doesn’t mean they are Seventh Day Adventists).
Don’t forget, Yeshua/Jesus kept the Sabbath. He didn’t come to abolish it. He healed or performed miracles during the Sabbath to teach legal teachers what is permissible during Sabbath. When He said He is Lord over the Sabbath didn’t mean He would abrogate it. The first 3 of the 10 commandments show how to love God. The 5th-10th commandments teach how to love the neighbor. The 4th commandment, keeping the Sabbath, sits in the middle for a reason, because it is the link between loving your neighbor and loving God. Please pray about this topic, and look into this for yourself, don’t take my word for it. The disciples kept the Sabbath 85 times in the book of Acts alone.
